Resident Care Giver FT 3rd shift 11PM-7AM

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable team member to provide attentive care and support to residents during the overnight shift. In this role, you will help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment while assisting residents with daily needs and promoting overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting, as needed
- Offer courteous, resident-centered support that preserves dignity, privacy, and comfort
- Monitor residents throughout the shift and respond promptly to requests for assistance
- Assist with nighttime and early-morning routines, including repositioning and safety checks
- Document care provided and communicate observations, concerns, or changes in condition to appropriate team members
- Support a clean, organized, and safe living environment
- Follow established care plans, policies, and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent quality care
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving, resident care, or a similar support role preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently during overnight hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with resident care
- Basic understanding of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism in a care setting
- Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing resident needs
